Check Out The Updated Data Portal

Same great information in a more user-friendly format

Get to know the real Las Vegas with the recently relaunched LVGEA Data Portal!

The data portal provides multitudes of information about Southern Nevada’s economy and its diverse population. It allows users to visualize how the region is trending, see where businesses are located, and compare the market to others around the country.

“We realize that most business decisions are data driven,” says Tina Quigley, LVGEA President & CEO. “The data portal is a resource for the business community that will help them save time and money in both finding and understanding data about the region and how it impacts their business.”

The updated data portal still provides valuable, real-time data at the local and regional levels, but in a more user-friendly format that is easier to navigate.

Here’s a quick look at many of the things you can find on the updated data portal:

  • Generate custom reports using thousands of economic indicators updated in real time
  • Job market and labor force trends
  • Review population statistics
  • Compare office and industrial market vacancy rates and asking rents
  • Home sales and pricing trends

Additionally, the relaunched portal includes a new ’10 Things You Should Know About Southern Nevada’ free document to download.

LVGEA partnered with local market research firm Applied Analysis on creation and design of the data portal, which utilizes the company’s proprietary myResearcher.com software.

“The LVGEA Data Portal provides users easy access to the data they need,” says Brian Gordon, Principal with Applied Analysis. “When businesses have real-time data and insight, they’re able to make informed business decisions that help grow our economy.”

The data portal is free to use, with a premium version available with even more content. For premium access, please contact our team at info@lvgea.org.
