The city also is working with developer G2 Capital to deliver a new medical office campus on Shadow Lane and Wellness Way.

Entrepreneurship is expanding in downtown with the city’s Innovation District and its International Innovation Center, home to the city’s Smart Mobility and Smart City initiatives.
