Customer Service Company Expands in Las Vegas Valley

A global business support services company is expanding in the Las Vegas Valley with 48 new jobs and plans to hire 500 more within the next three to five years.

APAC Customer Services, Inc., has offices in Southern Nevada and plans to spend $2.1 million during the next two years expanding its presence in this market.

The company explored South Carolina, Missouri, Arizona, and Texas as other potential locations for its expansion but chose Southern Nevada because of a $177,000 tax incentive. The company will also receive a “Train Employees Now” workforce training grant, bring the value of the incentive package to $217,000.

The Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance assisted APAC Customer Services, Inc., with its expansion, including presenting the incentive package to the Board of Directors of the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, which granted the incentive package at its November meeting.
