Perspective Data Book
For more than three decades, LVGEA’s annual Perspective market Data Book has been the region’s premier reference guide for in-depth information about the Southern Nevada economy. Made possible by the Perspective Council, the publication has become a valuable resource for a diverse group of companies, ranging from small business entrepreneurs to some of the largest in Nevada.

Vision 2025: Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for Southern Nevada
In collaboration with SRI International, a nonprofit research institute, Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) released an updated Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy for the region.
This Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) presents a new plan for regional economic development in Southern Nevada. The CEDS provides essential guidance to regional leaders across industry, government, nonprofits, and educational institutions in framing their deliberations on the activities that have strategic economic value for the region. It was developed with broad community participation, which was essential for developing a shared vision and set of goals for Southern Nevada.
Target Industry Validation Study 2021
In collaboration with SRI International, a nonprofit research institute, Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) released a Target Industry Validation Study to facilitate intentional economic growth and diversification in Southern Nevada.
The study employed a diverse mix of research methods including the assessment of the previous target industries, Nevada’s new state economic development plan and information gathered from regional economic stakeholders. Researchers also gathered data on various industries based on the following criteria: stability, earnings, job-rich, and growth in employment share.
