Christopher has extensive experience in both private and public sector in planning, development, real estate, and over twenty years of successful redevelopment and economic development. He has led efforts in business attraction, retention, and development including investment attraction, infrastructure coordination, corporation attraction and part of team that successfully transformed two prior EPA Superfund Sites from raw ground into nationally recognized, award-winning TOD, mixed-use developments instrumental in attracting numerous corporations, retailers, residential developments and investments.
