Missy, a proud Las Vegas native, joined the City of Las Vegas in November 2024 as a Senior Economic and Development Specialist. In this role, she serves as a key leader in the $10 million BioHealth Challenge, which aims to attract innovative proposals for the development and operation of a cutting edge biosciences incubator.

Before joining the city, Missy managed a diverse portfolio of commercial properties while playing a key role in new project developments across the Southwest, Downtown Las Vegas, and Northwest regions with Dapper Companies.

Between 2012 and 2020, she was a vital contributor to Downtown Project’s commercial redevelopment initiatives, collaborating on strategic business decisions, government affairs, and capital projects that propelled the transformation of Downtown Las Vegas. Her leadership extended to community focused efforts, including pioneering the city’s first alley beautification project and championing tenant grant programs that provided essential support to local businesses through challenging economic times.
