LVGEA New “Perspective” Event Publication, Research Council

The Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance announced today it will lead the Las Vegas Perspective, the annual publication widely used throughout Southern Nevada as a data reference guide.

The organization has also formed the LVGEA Community and Economic Research Council to sponsor and expand community research via Las Vegas Perspective. Through expanded partnerships, the council includes Applied Analysis, 8 News NOW, Wells Fargo, Nevada State Bank, and Cox Communications.

Through a redesigned research book, quarterly newsletter, and economic update and analysis event, the new Perspective will focus on providing the highest quality community and economic development content to be used as a reliable reference on economic development in Southern Nevada.

“We are proud to take a leadership role in the production and expansion of this important publication and event,” said Jonas Peterson, president and chief economic development officer of the LVGEA. “Perspective will be the premier economic development and market reference book for the community. The publication has a storied history, and with our expanded partnerships we’re taking Perspective to a new level.”

Now in its 35th year, Perspective reaches a diverse group of residents and companies ranging from small business entrepreneurs to some of the largest companies in Nevada.

The Perspective release event will be held May 19 at the Four Seasons hotel. Check www.lvgea.org for updates closer to the event date. To learn more, visit http://www.www.lvgea.org/perspective/
