Workforce Connections
Workforce Connections is Southern Nevada’s largest Local Workforce Investment Board and is responsible for the One Stop Delivery System, which helps employers with hiring, training, and retaining a strong workforce. Workforce Connections provides an on-the-job training reimbursement program, which pays employers 50 percent of the trainees’ wages during the training period. Workforce Connection also provides materials for the job candidate, including tools, uniforms, and other items required for employment.
