Dealer Tire, a leading tire distribution and service provider for automotive dealerships, has opened a new 116,000-square-foot distribution and fulfillment facility in Clark County.
Headquartered in Cleveland, the company distributes tires for 24 auto manufacturer brands, supporting over 8,000 dealerships nationwide.
The expansion establishes the company’s 42nd distribution center nationwide and advances its national growth strategy by improving network efficiency on the West Coast.
A Strategic Move to Southern Nevada
Located in an industrial park near Nellis Air Force Base, the facility officially went online in May 2025 following months of site selection and development.
The Las Vegas location will serve as Dealer Tire’s primary West Coast hub, optimizing operations for efficiency.

“We conducted an analysis to determine the best location to serve our customers in the West,” says Marylou Hegler, Director of Finance & Strategy for Dealer Tire. “Las Vegas emerged as the optimal location because of its strategic positioning, allowing us to reduce mileage and enhance the network.”
Creating Local Jobs
The company expects the site to create 18 new jobs in the region, offering positions in distribution, fulfillment, leadership, and continuous improvement.
“As our operation grows, we’ll continue to offer opportunities,” Hegler added. “We love to promote from within and our associates can move up through the ranks and even transfer across our national network of locations.”
Importance of Local Partnerships
Company leaders chose Southern Nevada based on more than just logistics. Dealer Tire also cited community support as an important factor in their decision-making process.
“The local community was outstanding to work with and helped us establish a strong foundation in the region,” Hegler says. “We really appreciated the collaboration from local and state partners, which helped us position this facility, and our team, for success.”
Dealer Tire connected with the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) in 2024 as it was conducting its site analysis. LVGEA connected the company to local and state officials and assisted them in successfully applying for state tax abatements through the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development.
“We’re proud to support Dealer Tire’s expansion into Southern Nevada,” said Heather Brown, Senior Vice President of Entrepreneurial Development at LVGEA. “Their decision to establish a West Coast hub here strengthens our region’s already robust warehouse and distribution industry. It also reinforces Southern Nevada’s position as a premier logistics destination for companies looking to grow.”
A Foundation for Future Growth
Dealer Tire has invested in capital improvements for the new facility, underscoring its commitment to long-term operations in Southern Nevada. Looking ahead, the company sees potential for continued growth in the region.
“We’re confident that this location will allow us to meet growing customer demand and adapt as our footprint expands. The strategic location, transportation access, and supportive business environment make Southern Nevada a smart place to grow.”
