Jonathan Martinez is entering his 21st season with the Las Vegas Raiders, having built his career with the organization from the ground up. He originally joined the Raiders in 2006, and, over nearly two decades, has risen through the organization to his current role as Vice President, Strategy & Analytics. 

In this role, Martinez serves as a key strategic and operational partner, translating organizational priorities into actionable initiatives that drive enterprise-wide growth across the Raiders organization and Allegiant Stadium. He provides executive oversight of the Business Analytics, Consumer Insights, and Research functions, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategy, strengthen fan relationships, and optimize performance across the organization. 

Martinez has played a leading role in several of the franchise’s commercial milestones. He spearheaded the Raiders’ engagement with the NFL’s Global Markets Program, building the case and proposal that extended the team’s international marketing rights into Mexico, including securing international television and radio rights for the organization. During the building of Allegiant Stadium, he also led the team’s data, analytics, and digital marketing strategy behind the Personal Seat License (PSL) sales campaign and developed the go-to-market strategy for the Allegiant Stadium Tours program. 

Martinez also works closely with the senior leadership team to ensure alignment and measurable progress on the organization’s most important priorities, including efforts related to fan engagement, revenue growth, and international expansion. 

A native of Baldwin Park, Calif., Martinez holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Saint Mary’s College of California. He is a member of the Hispanic Scholarship Foundation Advisory Council and serves on the advisory board for the Association of Latinos in Sports (AVANCE). He currently resides in Henderson, Nev., with his wife, Qiava, and daughter, Harper.
