Summerlin

The valley’s largest master-planned community sits within a stone’s throw of Red Rock Canyon’s soaring red rocks, with Downtown Summerlin, a walkable urban shopping center, serving as the neighborhood gathering spot.

Aliante

This master-planned community sits at the base of the Sheep Mountain range on the valley’s northern edge and is a favorite for military members stationed at nearby Nellis Air Force Base.

Inspirada

One of the valley’s newest neighborhoods, Inspirada offers a wide selection of new homes, amenity-packed parks, and endless family activities.

Mountain’s Edge

Located in the valley’s fastest-growing southwest region, Mountain’s Edge encompasses 22 different neighborhoods with 500 acres of open space, including Exploration Peak Park.

Paradise Palms

Built in the 1960s, this neighborhood, located just a mile east of the Strip, is known for its mid-century modern architecture and its ‘old Vegas’ flair.
