Lauri Perdue has over 25 years of experience in higher education across multiple institutions and is currently the National Workforce Director for the University of Phoenix. In this global role, she partners with employers to develop strategic programs that connect University of Phoenix students and over one million graduates with career opportunities across the country.

Lauri is currently championing the development of an innovative skills-matching talent acquisition platform, designed to connect employers with skills-matched talent within the University’s unique talent pool of students and alumni.

Her career spans leadership in campus operations, workforce development, business development, executive coaching, and higher education and sales leadership consulting. Lauri served as an adjunct faculty member for six years and dedicates time to coaching high-achieving women, helping them achieve balance and well-being without compromising their careers.

Making a positive impact on the community is very important to Lauri. She is the Chairwoman of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance and has served on its Executive Committee for five years, helping shape strategic initiatives to foster regional economic growth. She is also serving as Board Chair of the Serving Our Kids Foundation, which addresses food insecurity for school-aged children in Southern Nevada. Additionally, she serves as Treasurer for the State of Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and CPCs, contributing to financial oversight and regulatory support for the profession.

A graduate of the University of Nevada–Reno with a bachelor’s degree, she later earned her Master of Arts in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.

Lauri is the proud wife of a retired Clark County Fire Fighter, with whom she raised five children.
