A lifelong Las Vegan with more than 36 years of experience, Molly began as a top-producing broker before she and her husband, Bob, acquired their company in 1998. A magna cum laude graduate of UNLV, Molly has received numerous industry and community honors, including UNLV’s 2015 Lee Business School Alumnus of the Year, the Nevada REALTORS® 2020 Achievement Award, Vegas Magazine’s Women to Watch and the Las Vegas Business Press Women Who Mean Business Awards. Most recently, Molly and Bob received the 2026 Coldwell Banker Preserving the Trust Award for leadership, service and lasting impact.
