Beverly Longoria joins the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) as the Director of Operations, where she will serve as a key internal leader, partnering across teams to implement operational priorities, strengthen internal controls, and ensure the organization’s work is efficient, compliant, and well-coordinated in support of LVGEA’s mission.

With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Beverly brings deep expertise across finance and operations, marketing and communications, HR and administration, and fundraising and development. She has spent the past 15+ years in executive leadership roles, aligning mission‑driven goals with scalable systems and measurable impact while overseeing multimillion‑dollar operations, financial strategy, and cross‑functional infrastructure.

Prior to joining LVGEA, her career was largely based in the Texas/Southern New Mexico region, and she currently serves as Executive Director of the El Paso Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA El Paso).

Beverly is known for her leadership approach that blends humor and fun with care and compassion, enabling her to build lasting relationships and deliver meaningful programs, events, and initiatives for volunteers, donors, leadership, staff, and the communities served. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning and an MBA from Texas Tech University.

Born and raised in Texas, she is a life-long Texan at heart, but happy to have made her home in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada, since 2023! She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is just as content hosting game nights or binge‑watching a favorite show as she is heading out to enjoy live music, theater, comedy, and other performances. She is fortunate to share Las Vegas with her two daughters, three cats, and one dog.
