Rita Kubitz is a seasoned communications, marketing, and public relations leader with more than 15 years of experience driving brand visibility, revenue growth, and strategic engagement across public and private sectors. As Communications and Public Relations Manager at the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance, she leads executive communications, media relations, social strategy, and creative initiatives that support regional economic development and elevate Southern Nevada’s story. Her work has strengthened brand consistency, expanded audience reach, and delivered measurable results through data driven marketing, thoughtful storytelling, and cross functional collaboration.

Throughout her career, Rita has consistently delivered measurable results. She generated a one million dollar revenue increase in just three months while serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Smart Dream Vacations, led and mentored sales teams of more than 150 professionals, and launched high performing digital campaigns that produced hundreds of qualified leads each month. Across previous roles in sales, finance, hospitality, and travel, she ranked in the top tier of performers, achieved high client retention rates, and earned multiple industry awards for innovation and results.

Born in Morocco, Rita is a proud first generation immigrant who spent her early years in Orlando, Florida before relocating to Las Vegas in 2010. She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Miami, along with advanced certifications in digital marketing and applied generative AI. Her global perspective and business background allow her to bridge strategy, storytelling, and execution with ease.

Known for her ability to connect with people and lead authentically, Rita is passionate about helping organizations grow and empowering others to succeed. Outside of work, she is a devoted animal lover and spends much of her time with her four dogs, who she considers family alongside her husband. Rita’s diverse background, results driven mindset, and down to earth personality shape everything she does, fueled by a genuine desire to make a positive and lasting impact.
