‘The Greater Vegas Resiliency Playbook’ Now Available

The Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance has released “The Greater Vegas Resiliency Playbook,” a peer-to-peer report developed to empower businesses to prepare and overcome economic disruptions. The book outlines resources and initiatives used by regional businesses to navigate unprecedented economic disruptions, create opportunities, and grow through change that occurred as a result of the pandemic.

To help Greater Vegas businesses, the US Economic Development Administration (EDA) awarded LVGEA an economic recovery program grant to expand LVGEA’s BizCONNECT program’s potential and examine how local companies fared during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of this grant, LVGEA interviewed more than 350 leaders from 300 organizations representing a variety of sizes and industries. Those leader’s responses and key takeaways formed the basis of “The Greater Vegas Resiliency Playbook.”
