Akosa Akpom serves as Vice President, Analytics and Insights for TKO, a premium sportsand entertainment company that owns iconic properties including UFC, the world’s premier mixedmartial arts organization; WWE, the global leader in sports entertainment; and PBR, the world’spremier bull riding organization. In this role, Akosa leads a team that is responsible for providingcritical information across all business units and developing data-driven strategies to grow fanengagement, enhance brand partnerships, and hone growth initiatives.

In 2025, Akosa played a key role in providing deep insights and analysis on UFC’s historicalgrowth, worldwide reach, and cultural impact to support the company’s pursuit of a new U.S.media rights agreement, which resulted in a historic seven-year, $7.7 billion deal with Paramount.

Prior to TKO, Akosa served as Vice President of Consumer Brand and Insights for UFC, where heled lead a consumer insights research team and supported all UFC verticals, both domesticallyand internationally. For one of his primary accomplishments, Akosa led a company-wide effortthat reshaped how UFC engaged with young adults, resulting in the implementation of a newstrategy that yielded record growth and engagement in the 18–24-year-old demographic for UFC.

A seasoned insights, research, and analytics leader with a global perspective and more than 20years of experience, Akosa specializes in translating complex data into compelling narratives, andconnecting data, research, and strategy to solve real business challenges.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Akosa is deeply interested in travel, culture, and humanconnection. He is passionate about experiencing new places, learning from diverse perspectives,and engaging with people across different backgrounds.

Akosa earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 2000 anda Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson in 2005.
