As EVP/ Corporate Banking Manager at Nevada State Bank, Shannon is responsible for all aspects of Corporate Banking in Nevada. She joined Nevada State Bank in 2001, and has been a member of the Executive Management Committee since 2011.

Petersen spent four years with the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco prior to joining Nevada State Bank.

She is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz with a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in finance. She is also a graduate of Leadership Las Vegas, Class of 2011.

She is currently on the Community and Economic Research Council Subcommittee of the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA).
