Sourcing

Deals reach LVGEA through five channels: a consultant or end user direct to LVGEA, an inquiry received by GOED, local business retention outreach, a multiplier referral (local or external), or LVGEA's own outbound lead generation.

LVGEA receives the inquiry and determines proper distribution.

Not yet represented by a local broker, or no site selected — continues to RFI, Step 03.

Already represented by a local broker, or a site is pre-selected — proceeds to Proposal, Step 04.

LVGEA prepares a Request for Information and circulates it to commercial real estate managing directors, local municipal economic developers, and LVGEA Growth Council members.
